What is your Refund Policy?

You can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Since VitalPBX products are delivered digitally, there is nothing to return — refunds are issued directly to your original form of payment.

All payments and refunds are processed securely through Stripe, our payment provider, in accordance with their payment processing terms.
